The notice of modified XKBlas library

The source code of XKBlas can be found at https://gitlab.inria.fr/xkblas/versions/-/tree/master. All rights associated with it are owned by its original rights holders. For the detailed copyright attribution, please see the 'AUTHORS' and code comments in each file.

XKblas is a Free Software governed by CeCILL-CFREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

The files of XKblas, which have been Modified by MetaX Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2024, can be seen in the appendix.

The resulting Modified Software is still governed by CeCILL-C FREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. The corresponding source code of the Modified Software can be found down below, such modifications may be carried over in a subsequent version of the Software.

MetaX Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd expressly undertakes:

1. not to remove, or modify, in any manner,the intellectual property notices attached to the Software;

2. to reproduce said notices, in anidentical manner, in the copies of the Software modified or not;

3. to ensure that use of the Software, itsintellectual property notices and the fact that it is governed by the Agreementis indicated in a text that is easily accessible, specifically from theinterface of any Derivative Software.

MetaX Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd undertakes not to directly or indirectly infringe the intellectual propertyrights of the Holder and/or Contributors on the Software and to take, whereapplicable, vis-à-vis its staff, any and all measures required to ensurerespect of said intellectual property rights of the Holder and/or Contributors.

There is a copy of CeCILL-C FREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT at http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL-C_V1-en.html in the NOTICE file below, and according to Articles 8 and 9, THERE IS LIMITATION OF BOTH THE LICENSOR'S WARRANTY AND LIABILITY.
